Seniors' Trip to the Mining Village

On September 10, 2025, seniors from the "Senior+" clubs in Szabda and Karbowo took a trip to the extraordinary "Mining Village" in Bory Tucholskie. The purpose of the trip was to celebrate Barbórka together.

During the visit, the seniors had the opportunity to explore this unique place, admiring old mining equipment, costumes, and learning about traditions. The participants also listened to fascinating stories about life and work underground.

This trip turned out to be not only a valuable lesson in history and culture but also an excellent opportunity for integration. Joint conversations, laughter, and a joyful atmosphere allowed the seniors to feel like one big family. There was also music, dancing, and singing during the joint feast. In excellent spirits, the seniors returned to their homes just before midnight.
