VIII Voivodeship Eliminations of the "Criminal Service Police Officer of the Year 2025" Competition

From September 8th to 10th, 2025, the VIII Voivodeship Eliminations of the "Criminal Service Police Officer of the Year 2025" competition took place in Bydgoszcz. 19 teams from the entire Kuyavian-Pomeranian garrison competed, each consisting of specialists in investigation, operations, forensic technology, and supervision.

Struggles and Competitions

The competition included various competitions, from first aid, through shooting and general knowledge tests, to solving legal cases and crime scene investigations at Iławska Street.

Results

In the team category, the Municipal Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz triumphed, ahead of the District Police Headquarters in Aleksandrów Kujawski and the District Police Headquarters in Tuchola. In individual categories, the winners were: * Supervision: Subcom. Agata Ortmann (DPP Tuchola) * Investigative: Asp. Adam Żulewski (DPP Golub Dobrzyń) * Operational-reconnaissance: Commissioner (MPH Bydgoszcz) * Forensic technician: Mł. Asp. Kamil Koralewski (DPP Aleksandrów Kujawski) The winners received prizes from the Deputy Commander of the Provincial Police in Bydgoszcz, Inspector Małgorzata Jorka. The best criminal investigators will represent the region at the national competition in Piła on October 7-9, 2025.
