"Slow Down - Dangerous Point!" Campaign - Increasing Road Safety!

The Road Traffic Bureau of the National Police Headquarters (BRD KGP) together with Neptis SA (operator of the Yanosik communicator) and Screen Network SA, launched on June 1, 2025, an information and education campaign "Slow down - dangerous point!". The campaign will last until the end of September 2025.

Goal of the campaign

The goal is to inform drivers about places with an increased risk of road accidents, encourage them to reduce speed and increase attention. This is intended to reduce the number of tragic events.

Selected locations

BRD KGP analyzed accidents from 2022-2024 and selected 752 locations (five-kilometer sections of roads, intersections, pedestrian crossings) where five or more accidents occurred.

Messages for drivers

Drivers approaching dangerous points will receive a voice message in the Yanosik application: "You are approaching a dangerous place! Slow down and live!". Screen Network SA broadcasts a campaign spot on LED screens by roads, stations, gas stations and shopping centers.

Causes of accidents

Remember that the main causes of accidents are failure to give way and not adjusting speed to conditions. Speeding generates the most casualties.
