Farewell Ceremony for the XVII Rotation of the PKW Latvia

On Friday, May 16th, a farewell ceremony was held on the parade ground of the 4th Brodnica Chemical Regiment for the XVII rotation of the Polish Military Contingent in Latvia. The Starosta of Brodnica, Paweł Szramka, participated in this important event.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the command, local government authorities, uniformed services, clergy, and soldiers' families. The highlight of the event was the handover of the national flag with the coat of arms of the Republic of Poland by the Head of the OPBMR DGRSZ Management Board, Col. Andrzej Żmuda, and the Commander of 4pchem, Col. Jarosław Żochowski. The soldiers also received a blessing from the unit chaplain, Lt. Col. Piotr Wszelaki.

The ceremony concluded with a parade accompanied by the Military Orchestra.
