Resident of Brodnica violated driving ban!

A 32-year-old resident of Brodnica will appear in court again. The reason is driving a vehicle despite two previously issued court bans.

On Sunday, May 11, officers from the Patrol and Intervention Unit in Brodnica stopped a Volkswagen Golf in the city center for a traffic check. The officers had information that the driver might be banned from driving. After verification, it turned out that the 32-year-old had two court bans.

For violating the ban, he faces a penalty of up to 5 years imprisonment and a lifetime ban on driving vehicles.
