Tragic Accident in Świecie: Driver Crashes into Tree

A serious accident occurred on Tuesday, May 5th, in Świecie, Brodnica County. A 28-year-old resident of Brodnica County, driving a Skoda, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree.

According to preliminary police findings, the cause of the accident was excessive speed, not adjusted to the road conditions. The man was transported to the hospital with injuries by the Medical Rescue Team.

The police urge drivers to exercise caution on the road and observe speed limits, especially near pedestrian crossings, bicycle crossings, and intersections.
