The Social Services Center of Brodnica Municipality expands its offer!

Residents of Brodnica Municipality can now benefit from a new social service: care services provided at home for people who need support in their daily functioning (OPW) and training for informal caregivers (OF).

Scope of support:

• Care services: assistance in meeting daily needs, hygiene care, doctor-recommended care, activities to promote mobility and safety.
• Support for informal caregivers: workshops on caregiving, meetings with a geriatrician, diagnostic consulting.

Who can benefit?

Care services are available to people:

• Living with a person with a severe disability within the Brodnica Municipality.
• Belonging to the group of people who need support in their daily functioning or who provide care for such people.

How to apply?

Eligibility for the program is determined by the number of points obtained in accordance with the project regulations. In the event of an equal number of points, the income per family member will be taken into account.

Interested individuals are kindly requested to contact the Social Services Center of Brodnica Municipality, ul. Mazurska 13, 87-300 Brodnica and submit the required documents. The application period lasts until April 18, 2025.
