Success of the Reciters from the Recitation Workshop BDK "Art of Speech"

We are pleased to inform that three participants of the Recitation Workshop BDK "Art of Speech" qualified for the finals of the 3rd National Competition "Word on a Fork" – an online recitation competition!

Finalists

Amelia Siemiątkowska – finalist in the category of 10–12 years for the interpretation of Ludwik Jerzy Kern's poem "Dialogue with a Bedbug".

Nikola Jasińska – finalist in the category of 13–15 years for the recitation of a fragment of prose by Waldemar Łysiak "Flute from Mandrake".

Marta Pesta – finalist in the category of 16–18 years after presenting a fragment of prose by Tadeusz Różewicz "The Extinction of Languages".

Preparation for the performance

The finalists were prepared by Aneta Giemza-Bartnicka, instructor and guardian of the Recitation Workshop "Art of Speech".

About the competition

The competition "Word on a Fork" promotes literature and develops interpretative skills of children and youth. Participants present selected works online, and their recordings are judged by a jury composed of experts in the field of verbal culture, theater, and voice emission.

The finals of the competition will take place on March 28, 2025. We sincerely congratulate our reciters and keep our fingers crossed for their performances!
