In Ciechocinek on County Matters

The starost Paweł Szramka participated in the County Convention of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, which took place on Friday, March 14th, in Ciechocinek. The host of the meeting was Lidia Tokarska, the starost of Aleksandrów. The session was led by the chairman of the convention - Zbigniew Jaszczuk, the starost of Żnin.

Participants discussed important issues for the counties and voted on four resolutions, including the division of funds from the Government Road Development Fund, mandatory liability insurance for vehicles, foster care, and fees for the exclusion of agricultural land from agricultural production.

During the meeting, topics related to the starost's duties in the field of geodesy and cartography, comprehensive management control support in counties, and the organization of public bus transport were also discussed.

Among the invited guests at the convention were Michał Koniuch - Deputy Voivode of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship and Aneta Jędrzejewska - Deputy Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The speakers included Robert Cieszyński - Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Inspector of Geodesy and Cartography in Bydgoszcz and Katarzyna Szpakowska - Director of the Infrastructure Department of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Office in Bydgoszcz.

Thanks to the courtesy of Ciechocinek Health Resort S.A., local government officials had the opportunity to learn about the secrets of salt production at the Salt Boiling Museum.
