An Artistic Journey to Silesia
On September 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM, we invite you to the Brama Gallery for a unique event. Artist Sylwia Lipina will present her exhibition, "Silesia in My Eyes," offering a fresh perspective on the region.
Nature Meets Industrialism
The exhibition shifts away from the typical industrial portrayal of Silesia. Instead of mines and steelworks, the artist focuses on:
- Parks and forests,
- Ponds and natural corners,
- The human relationship with nature.
The watercolor paintings are the result of a deep search for identity and a return to one's roots.
The Musical Dimension
The event is accompanied by Maciej Lipina's musical project, "Południowy" (Southern). Following the opening, the artist will perform a solo concert, complementing the paintings with sounds inspired by values such as family, freedom, and spirituality.
The event is co-organized by the Brodnica Museum and funded by the City of Brodnica.
