Over a Million Zlotys in Funding for Brodnica Residents

Investment in the Local Community

On September 10, 2026, an official ceremony was held at the Brodnica Caritas Center to sign agreements with grant recipients from the Local Action Group (LGD) of the City of Brodnica. The total support amounted to PLN 1,012,628.49.

Key Areas of Support

Funds were awarded under two key calls for proposals:

  • Support for children and youth: PLN 668,374.80 was allocated for youth clubs and educational centers, enabling young residents to develop their talents.
  • Social integration: PLN 344,253.69 supported projects aimed at activating seniors and strengthening community bonds.

Real Benefits for Residents

Iwona Sugalska, President of the LGD of the City of Brodnica, emphasized that the initiative addresses the real needs of the residents. Thanks to funding from the European Social Fund Plus, the city will see the creation of new spaces for classes, workshops, and passion development.
