Learning through play in the Gdynia district
Residents of Brodnica can now enjoy a new project completed under the Civic Budget – the 'Brodnica Learning Corner'. A unique, rotating model of the Earth has been installed on Królowej Jadwigi Street.
Features of the installation
The globe features impressive dimensions: 160 cm in diameter and 200 cm in height. Its design allows for:
- Tactile learning: Thanks to the relief structure of the continents, users can feel the topography under their fingertips.
- Interactive observation: The rotating mechanism allows for convenient viewing of every corner of the world.
- Global exploration: Varied colors and textures help in understanding the geographical diversity of our planet.
Funding
The project was financed by the Civic Budget of the City of Brodnica, with a total cost of 51,513.63 PLN gross.
