Copernicus Orbits: An Extraordinary Cycling Journey in the Footsteps of the Great Astronomer

The Brodnica Cycling Group "ZAKRĘCENI" invites all active leisure enthusiasts to a unique event titled "Copernicus Orbits – a cycling journey through science, history, and culture." The two-day trip will take place from September 4–5, 2026.

Trip Itinerary

• September 4: A historical walk around Brodnica. Participants will visit the Parish Church (Fara) and the Chełmno Gate, exploring Copernicus's connections to the city.
• September 5: A cycling excursion to Toruń. The program includes visits to the Astronomical Observatory in Piwnice, the Copernicus House, and tours of murals related to the astronomer.
