Commemorating the 106th Anniversary of the Battle of Brodnica

Join us at the Military Cemetery

On August 18th at 5:00 PM, a ceremony marking the 106th anniversary of the Battle of Brodnica will take place at the City Forest (Lasek Miejski) on Świerkowa Street. The event honors the heroes of the Polish-Bolshevik War whose courage in 1920 helped preserve Poland's independence.

Event Schedule

The program includes:

• A field Mass for the Homeland,
• Participation by the 4th Brodnica Chemical Regiment, color guards, and official delegations,
• Wreath-laying ceremony at the monument to the fallen soldiers.

Transport for Seniors

A shuttle bus will be provided for seniors, departing at 4:30 PM from the County Office parking lot at 18 Kamionka Street. We invite all residents to join us in honoring the participants and victims of this historic 1920 event.
