On Monday, July 20, 2026, representatives of the Brodnica Municipality authorities—Mayor Adam Zalewski and Council Chairman Jerzy Anzel—along with Jan Stocki, President of the Board of SIM Kujawy i Pomorze, held a meeting at the Bydgoszcz branch of the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR).

The main objective of the visit was to discuss land located in Cielęta with Director Edyta Zakrzewska. The municipality plans to allocate these plots for the construction of housing under the Social Housing Initiative (SIM).
