A resident of Pokrzydowo, Mrs. Jadwiga Hartka, celebrated an impressive milestone: her 100th birthday. On July 17th, a special ceremony was held in Ciche, attended by local government officials, family members, and friends.

Honored by Local Authorities

The event served as an occasion for representatives of the Brodnica County and the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship to offer their congratulations. Councilman Paweł Zgórzyński presented the honoree with the prestigious Marshal's Medal, "Unitas Durat Palatinatus Cuiaviano-Pomeraniensis." Warm wishes were also extended by the Mayor and the Chairman of the Zbiczno Municipality Council.

An Active Life

Mrs. Jadwiga, a mother of two, grandmother of seven, and great-grandmother of eleven, is an inspiration to others. She actively participates in activities at the Daily Care Home in Ciche, where she even took part in a theatrical performance of "The Fisherman and the Goldfish." A mass was celebrated by Father Marek Skok, who highlighted her cheerful spirit and enduring zest for life.
