Important: Reporting agricultural losses caused by heatwaves in Brodnica Municipality

Notice for Agricultural Producers

The Municipality Office of Brodnica invites farmers to report losses in fruit and vegetable crops caused by high temperatures, following guidelines from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship Office.

Eligible Crops

The reporting covers: raspberries, blackberries, currants, blueberries, cranberries, serviceberries, strawberries, wild strawberries, gooseberries, as well as onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, beans, and peas.

Reporting Procedure

• Deadline: Applications are accepted from July 14 to July 21, 2026.
• Location: Brodnica Municipality Office, room 313.

Submitted forms will form the basis for on-site inspections by representatives of the Agricultural Advisory Center, the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture, and Agricultural Chambers. Documenting these losses is essential for future financial aid eligibility. Note: farmers may only claim support for one type of adverse weather event per year.
