XXXIII Session of the Brodnica District Council: Discharge for 2025

Chairman Marek Hildebrandt has convened the XXXIII session of the Brodnica District Council for Monday, June 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM.

The meeting will take place at the Vocational Activity Workshop at ul. Kamionka 24 in Brodnica.

• A debate on the report on the state of the Brodnica District for 2025.
• Discussion of the report on the execution of the Brodnica District budget for 2025.

Details of Debates and Votes

During the session, councilors and residents will have the opportunity to participate in a debate on the Brodnica Starost's report on the state of the District in 2025. This discussion will conclude with the consideration of a draft resolution on granting a vote of confidence to the District Board.

Another important point will be the discharge debate, dedicated to the report on the budget execution and the financial statement of the Brodnica District for the past year. As part of this, the following will also be presented and discussed:

• Information on the execution of the financial plan (including investment plan) of the Brodnica Healthcare Complex for 2025.
• Information on the state of property of the Brodnica District for 2025.
• Opinions and resolutions of the Regional Chamber of Accounts in Bydgoszcz (No. 13/S/2026 from April 20, 2026, and No. 5/Kr/2026 from May 11, 2026) regarding the budget execution report and the request for discharge.
• Resolution of the Audit Committee of the Brodnica District Council (No. 3/2026 from May 5, 2026) regarding the motion to grant discharge.

After the debates, draft resolutions are planned to be considered regarding the approval of the financial statement along with the budget execution report and the granting of discharge to the Brodnica District Board for the execution of the 2025 budget.
