Young Stock Market Masters from I LO

Students from I Liceum Ogólnokształcące in Brodnica have proven they can play the stock market! They participated in an online stock trading game, where they had the chance to test their investment skills.

The principal of I LO, Marzena Łupińska, emphasizes that it was an excellent opportunity to learn about market mechanisms and make strategic decisions in the financial world.

After 10 weeks of investing a virtual 20,000 PLN, the team composed of Franciszek Domżalski, Szymon Irwan, Mikołaj Langa, and Łukasz Tarka achieved 148th place in the country and 7th place in the province, competing against over 30,000 students.

This achievement shows that the youth from I LO excel in finance. Congratulations to the students and their mentor, Mr. Dawid Piwowarczyk!

The project was organized in collaboration with the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the GPW Foundation, and the Lesław A. Paga Foundation, with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of National Education as patrons.
