Fourteenth Municipal Theatrical Review in Gorczenica: Triumph of Young Talents!

On April 24, 2026, the Primary School of Princess Anna Wazówna in Gorczenica became the arena for the fourteenth Municipal Theatrical Review, titled "A THEATRICAL MEETING WITH PRINCESS ANNA WAZÓWNA". This year's edition took place under the theme "PLAYING THEATRE", gathering a total of 30 talented students from local schools.

Identifying the Best Actors

The judging panel, composed of Grzegorz Urbański, Magdalena Zakrzewska, and Beata Kłosowska, faced the difficult task of selecting three outstanding young actors from all participants. After a thorough evaluation, the following were distinguished:

• Ewa Gołkowska from the Primary School in Gortatowo with its branch in Szczuka
• Karol Albrecht from the Primary School in Szabda
• Miłosz Moszczyński from the Primary School in Gorczenica

Individual award winners received valuable educational games. In addition, each school participating in the review was honored with statuettes and commemorative books. All participants were also remembered – each received a book in appreciation of their participation and commitment.

Support and Organization

The success of the event was made possible thanks to the support of many individuals and institutions. Prizes for the young artists and refreshments were funded by the Mayor of Brodnica Municipality, Adam Zalewski. Mr. Mayor, along with Laura Bartnicka, Director of the Primary School of Princess Anna Wazówna in Gorczenica, was also one of the main organizers of the entire ceremony.

Special recognition is due to the teachers who passionately and professionally prepared the students for their performances. Diplomas and books were received by: Magdalena Zakrzewska, Grzegorz Urbański, and Beata Kłosowska, who was also responsible for the perfect preparation of the entire gala.

The Municipal Theatrical Review in Gorczenica once again proved that the Brodnica Municipality is full of young, promising stage talents, and theater is a wonderful form of education and fun.
