Easter Workshops in Brodnica: Tradition and Creativity Met at ZSS

On March 26, 2026, the Special School Complex (Zespół Szkół Specjalnych) in Brodnica became the venue for an extraordinary event that united generations in the spirit of Easter traditions. The Easter wreath making workshops gathered students from grades IV-VI of the Special Primary School along with their parents, celebrating creativity and collaborative effort.

Return to Tradition and Development of Creativity

The main goal of the workshops was not only to develop participants' manual skills and creativity but also to nurture the rich Polish traditions associated with Easter. Under the guidance of the organizer, Angelika Florkiewicz, and other teachers, participants had the opportunity to create unique wreaths.

Richness of Materials and Individual Compositions

A wide range of materials was available to the creators, allowing for the creation of incredibly impressive decorations. Boxwood, catkins, green branches, moss, feathers, felt, polystyrene eggs, colorful ribbons, and artificial flowers were used. Each wreath was a reflection of individual ideas and artistic vision, making each composition unique.

Joyful Atmosphere and Strengthening Bonds

As reported by Małgorzata Wróblewska, a teacher from ZSS in Brodnica: "The workshops proceeded in a warm, joyful atmosphere. There was no shortage of mutual conversations, happy smiles, and satisfaction from working together." This event was not only an opportunity for artistic expression but also for building and strengthening relationships between the school and parents. Jointly creating decorations, which will undoubtedly adorn the participants' homes during Easter, immersed everyone in the magical atmosphere of the upcoming holidays.

The meeting at the Special School Complex in Brodnica highlighted the importance of cooperation and spending time together, combining learning with pleasure and nurturing cultural heritage.
