Contract Signed for Key Road Investment in Karbowo!

Good news for residents of Karbowo and the surrounding areas! The Mayor of Brodnica Municipality, Adam Zalewski, has signed a contract for the long-awaited reconstruction of Słoneczne Wzgórze Street. This is an important step towards improving road infrastructure in the region.

Contract Details and Contractor

The agreement was signed on March 31, 2026 with the company "FIL – BUD Michał Nizgorski," whose owner, Mr. Michał Nizgorski, won the tender. Seven companies competed for this prestigious task, indicating significant interest in the project.

The total cost of the investment will be PLN 269,681.81 gross.

Scope of Work and Schedule

The project, named "Reconstruction of the internal municipal road – Słoneczne Wzgórze Street in Karbowo," includes a series of significant improvements that will substantially raise the standard of the road. The works will include:

• a new concrete block pavement,
• aggregate shoulders,
• slope stabilization with openwork slabs,
• complete vertical signage.

Construction work is expected to last two months from the contract signing date, ensuring a rapid pace of implementation and a soon-to-be-available, modernized road for users.
