Invitation to the XXI Session of the Brodnica City Council

At the request of the Mayor, the Chairman of the City Council, Artur Dombrowski, convenes the XXI session of the Brodnica City Council. The session will take place on February 23, 2026, at 12:30 PM in room 202 of the Brodnica City Hall.

Agenda

  1. Opening of the session.
  2. Confirmation of quorum.
  3. Appointment of the session secretary.
  4. Presentation of the agenda.
  5. Adoption of resolutions regarding:
    • Defining the principles of payment for stays in support centers and training or supported housing for persons for whom the Municipality of Brodnica is the locally competent municipality.
    • Concluding an inter-municipal agreement concerning the cooperation of Municipalities forming part of the Brodnica agglomeration in the implementation of the task involving the updating of the area and boundaries of the Brodnica agglomeration and determining its mode of operation.
    • Adoption of the program for the care of homeless animals and the prevention of animal homelessness in the Municipality of Brodnica in 2026.
    • Amendment of the resolution on the adoption of the budget of the Municipality of Brodnica for 2026.
  6. Closing of the XXI session of the Brodnica City Council.

The legal basis for convening the session is Article 20, paragraph 3 of the Act of March 8, 1990, on municipal self-government (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1153, as amended).
