The #SuperDzielnicowy 2026 Plebiscite Has Begun! Vote and Choose Your Community Hero!

For the fourth time, the nationwide plebiscite #SuperDzielnicowy 2026 is launching. This initiative aims to promote safety, build cooperation between local communities and the Police, and select the most dedicated community police officers. This year's edition, organized by the General Police Headquarters, Telewizja Puls, and the creators of the crime series "Dzielnica strachu" (District of Fear), coincides with a special anniversary – 100 years of community policing service in Poland!

How to Vote?

Voting began on February 16, 2026, and will continue for two months, until April 16, 2026. To cast your vote for your community police officer, simply visit dzielnicabezstrachu.pl. You can support your candidate once a day throughout the plebiscite period.

Rules and Prizes

• Candidate Nomination: If you are nominating a candidate for the first time and wish to compete for a prize, you must justify your nomination.
• Support without Justification: Just want to support your community police officer? Simply enter their details and at least one character in the justification field.

Prizes await! The authors of the five best justifications will receive 1000 PLN each. The #SuperDzielnicowy 2026 himself, in addition to the prestigious title and statuette, will win an attractive financial prize, the opportunity to learn about film production behind the scenes, and perhaps even a role in the "Dzielnica strachu" series! Furthermore, in the winning district, at the turn of May and June, a grand final gala and a meeting with the series' actors will be organized!

#DzielnicaBEZstrachu – A Social Mission

The social campaign #DzielnicaBEZstrachu (District WITHOUT Fear) draws inspiration from the popular crime series "Dzielnica strachu," broadcast on the Puls 2 channel. For nearly five years, the series has immersed viewers in the world of daily police work, highlighting the role of community police officers as "silent heroes of the streets." The production's popularity is confirmed by three Telekamery awards for best actors.

This year's campaign is promoted by well-known actors from the series: Andrzej Młynarczyk (ambassador of the first edition), Jagoda Małyszek, and Teresa Dzielska. Interestingly, real police officers, including laureates from previous editions of the plebiscite, appear in the "Dzielnica strachu" scripts, adding authenticity and providing an unforgettable experience for them.

The organizers – the Prevention Bureau and the Social Communication Bureau of the General Police Headquarters, along with Telewizja Puls – treat the plebiscite as an important social mission, supported on the Puls 2 channel and through intensive PR activities.

The plebiscite is not only an opportunity to distinguish the #SuperDzielnicowy but also to select the TOP 5 Polish community police officers. In previous editions, internet users cast over 117,000 votes, nominating nearly half of all community police officers! This is proof of the immense community engagement and desire to appreciate the work of police officers. Previous laureates, hailing from Silesia, Warsaw, and Subcarpathia, among other regions, unanimously confirm that participating in the plebiscite is definitely worthwhile, and success depends on personal commitment and the support of superiors. "Gazeta Policyjna" (Police Gazette) has also traditionally been involved in the event, offering community police officers the use of its cover as a unique business card.
