Brodnica Civic Budget 2027: How Can You Influence the City's Future?

Residents of Brodnica have a unique opportunity to actively participate in shaping the future of their city! The call for applications for the Civic Budget of the Brodnica Municipality has begun, and it will last until March 16, 2026.

Available Funds and Their Allocation

A total amount of 600,000.00 PLN has been allocated for the implementation of projects under the Civic Budget for 2027. This sum will be divided into two main pools:

Local Pool (80% of funds): Intended for tasks serving residents of specific housing estates. The maximum value of a single project is 40,000.00 PLN. The project must concern the estate where the proposer resides.
City-wide Pool (20% of funds): Intended for the implementation of tasks with a scope broader than one estate, serving residents of the entire city. The maximum value of a single project is 120,000.00 PLN.

Who Can Submit a Project and How?

All residents of Brodnica, regardless of age, can participate in the civic budget process. Each resident can submit a maximum of one project proposal for the local pool and a maximum of one for the city-wide pool.

Required documents and submission process:

Project application form: Constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the resolution.
Support list: Attached to the form, must contain signatures of at least 10 Brodnica residents. The template for the list is Appendix No. 2 to the resolution.
Parent/legal guardian consent: Required for minors participating in the process.

Applications must be submitted by March 16, 2026 in a sealed envelope marked "Civic Budget for 2027". Documents can be delivered in person to the Chancellery of the Municipal Office in Brodnica (ul. Kamionka 23) or sent by post to the same address. For postal submissions, the date of receipt by the Office determines adherence to the deadline.

What's Next?

The implementation of projects selected by residents will begin in 2027.
