A New Era of Energy Savings in Brodnica

On February 11, 2026, at the Municipal Office in Brodnica, Deputy Mayor Krzysztof Hakert officially signed an agreement with Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Budowlanych ASBUD Sp. z o.o. based in Grodziczno for the implementation of an ambitious project:

"Thermal Modernization of Educational Facilities in Brodnica – Parts IV and V"

The project includes a comprehensive modernization of buildings no. 2 and no. 4 at the School Complex No. 1 in Brodnica. What exactly will be done?

• Replacement of lighting with energy-saving LEDs
• Modernization of the heating system with low-temperature radiators
• Installation of photovoltaic systems (10 kWp)
• Modern supply and exhaust ventilation with recuperation
• Comprehensive insulation of walls and ceilings
• Replacement of windows and doors with new, more efficient ones
• Renovation of the roof covering
• Finishing and installation works

An Investment in the Future

Total cost of the investment:

• Part IV: PLN 5,242,667.37 (gross), with funding of PLN 4,250,291.77
• Part V: PLN 5,396,669.97 (gross), with funding of PLN 4,387,536.56

The investment is co-financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. This is a step towards a more ecological and energy-efficient Brodnica!
