Reminder: Don't miss the deadline!

The Environmental Protection Office of the Brodnica Municipal Office reminds you of an important obligation. Natural persons who are not entrepreneurs and use products containing asbestos must submit an "information on products containing asbestos" to the mayor in paper form.

When and how to submit the information?

The deadline for submitting the document is January 31 of each year. The template of the information is Annex No. 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of December 13, 2010, regarding the requirements for the use of products containing asbestos (Journal of Laws of 2011, No. 8, item 31).

Obligations of legal entities

Legal entities using asbestos-containing products submit the same information, but to the Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, also by January 31 of each year.
