First Step Towards Energy Savings in Brodnica!

An agreement has been signed for the energy efficiency upgrade of the sports hall at School Complex No. 1 in Brodnica, as part of a project co-financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Krzysztof Hekrt, Deputy Mayor of Brodnica, officially approved the implementation of the task.

Scope of Modernization Works

The project includes a comprehensive modernization of the sports hall, aimed at improving energy efficiency and user comfort. The works include:

• Replacement of lighting with energy-efficient LEDs
• Replacement of radiators with insulation and thermostatic valves
• Modernization of the central heating system in the gymnasium
• Installation of supply and exhaust ventilation with heat recovery
• Replacement of the sports hall floor
• Execution of new smooth plasters and painting of walls and ceilings

Costs and Funding

The total cost of the investment is PLN 2,170,100.00, of which PLN 1,803,158.66 comes from co-financing from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Additionally, the execution of sports equipment elements on the field is planned.
