New Road Investments in Brodnica: Construction of Parking Lot and Sidewalk Begins

Agreement signed for project implementation! On December 30, the formalities regarding the new city investment were finalized. The agreement was signed with Mr. Krzysztof Gółkowski, owner of BUDOWNICTWO OGÓLNE – USŁUGI from Kominy.

Key Information

• Completion Date: 150 days from signing the agreement (until May 26, 2026)
• Total Cost: PLN 374,639.80 (entirely from the municipal budget)

Scope of Work

1. Parking Lot at Zamkowa Street

Cost: PLN 356,125.96 gross. A new maneuvering road surface and parking spaces made of paving stones will be created. The parking lot will be connected to the city park and brine graduation tower thanks to new sidewalks. Safety near the Drwęca River will be ensured by railings, and sewerage will drain rainwater.

2. Sidewalk at Nowa Street

Cost: PLN 18,513.84 gross. A new, safe sidewalk made of concrete paving stones will be built on a 31-meter section, between Grażyny and Norwida Streets.
