Invitation to the XVIII Session of the Brodnica City Council

We kindly inform you that, pursuant to Article 20 paragraph 1 of the Act of March 8, 1990 on municipal self-government, the Chairman of the City Council convenes the XVIII session of the Brodnica City Council.

1. Opening of the session.
2. Verification of quorum.
3. Appointment of the session secretary.
4. Presentation of the agenda.
5. Adoption of the Mayor's report for the period from November 11, 2025 to December 3, 2025, and information on tenders for the period from November 7, 2025 to December 2, 2025.
6. Report on the work of the City Council committees – chairman of the committee.
7. Free motions and inquiries from city residents.
8. Adoption of resolutions:
• a) regarding the adoption of the Multi-Annual Financial Forecast of the Brodnica City Municipality for the years 2026-2041,
• b) regarding the adoption of the budget of the Brodnica City Municipality for the year 2026,
• c) regarding the adoption of the "Multi-Year Program for Managing the Housing Stock of the Brodnica City Municipality for the years 2026-2030,"
• d) on amending the resolution on the adoption of the Municipal Program for Prevention and Solving Alcohol Problems and Counteracting Drug Addiction in Brodnica for the years 2025-2028.
