New SIM apartments in Cielęta - Brodnica Municipality invests in the future!

Brodnica Municipality is taking an important step towards improving housing availability for its residents! New residential premises will be built in Cielęta, as part of the Social Housing Initiative (SIM).

Investment details

In the first stage, the construction of 40 apartments in two multi-family, two-story buildings is planned. Each building will accommodate 20 apartments. Currently, the municipality is working on amending the local spatial development plan, which is expected to be approved in June 2026.

Further plans and opportunities

The prepared assumptions provide not only for the first stage of the investment, but also for a land reserve. This will allow for the implementation of subsequent stages of housing development, the location of social services, retention points, RES installations, and flexible adaptation of the project to future financing programs and the needs of residents.

What's next?

In the near future, a comprehensive analysis of development possibilities will be developed, including the preparation of the area for a total of approx. 100 apartments and the conditions necessary to obtain financial support from BGK.

SIM Rental Principles

Social Housing Initiatives offer rental apartments with moderate rent, available to people who meet income criteria. The recruitment of applications will be conducted by the Brodnica Municipality, and the lease agreements will be concluded by SIM - for a period of 15 to 30 years, with the possibility of ownership. Rents in SIM apartments are lower than market rates.
