Wonderful St. Nicholas Day in the Villages

On December 6th, the residents of Dzierżno, Szymkowo, and Sobiesierzno gathered in large numbers to celebrate St. Nicholas Day together. The event, full of joy and attractions, drew children, youth, and adults alike.

Festive Preparations and Atmosphere

The joint celebration began with making dumplings, prepared in cooperation with the Rural Housewives' Association from Dzierżno. The homely atmosphere and appetizing aromas quickly put everyone in a festive mood.

Visit from St. Nicholas and Chemical Show

The highlight of the program was a visit from St. Nicholas, who gifted the youngest ones with packages full of surprises. Additionally, thanks to cooperation with the Public Library in Szczuka, a spectacular winter chemical show "Experiments with Mr. Bartek" using liquid nitrogen took place. This show made a huge impression on all participants.

Safety and Refreshments

The Szczuka Volunteer Fire Brigade ensured safety, for which we sincerely thank them! Participants could also enjoy refreshments, which made the time spent together more pleasant.
