Brodnica County with prestigious award!

During the Voivodeship Social Worker's Day Celebrations, which took place on Friday, November 21, 2025, at the Lubostroń Palace, Brodnica County received the award "Local Government Friendly to Social Policy". Starosta Paweł Szramka, accompanied by Monika Szeliga from the Brodnica County Family Assistance Center, received the award from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivode Michał Sztybel and Deputy Voivode Piotr Hemmerling.

Recognition for social work

The award is an expression of recognition for the activities of Brodnica County in the field of social policy. Social workers support people in difficult situations every day, and their work is invaluable. Voivode Michał Sztybel emphasized their important role in society during the ceremony.

New support initiatives

Brodnica County implements numerous support projects, including the latest project "Easier Together - support for foster families from Brodnica County". As part of this project, a support group for foster parents and a sociotherapeutic club for young people will be created.
