Financial Breakthrough in Brodnica Municipality!

Dear Residents of Brodnica Municipality!

We have wonderful news! We are proud to announce that the budget project for Brodnica Municipality for 2026 assumes zero debt. This is the first such budget in the 21st century! This means that next year the municipality will end with completely repaid liabilities.

This historic success is the result of your trust, the commitment of our employees, and a consistent financial policy. Despite huge investments (over PLN 100 million in 2019-2025), we systematically reduced debt. In 2026, we will redeem the last bonds (PLN 1,430,000) issued in 2017-2018.

How did the debt change?

• 2019: PLN 15,079,000 (highest level)
• 2020: PLN 13,562,000
• 2021: PLN 11,995,000
• 2022: PLN 10,148,000
• 2023: PLN 8,301,000
• 2024: PLN 6,298,000
• 2025: PLN 1,430,000
• 2026: PLN 0

This is proof that hard work and responsible management pay off. Brodnica Municipality is moving forward - debt-free!
