Inaugural Session of the Youth Consultation Council in Brodnica

On November 5, 2025, at 2:30 PM in room 202 of the Brodnica City Hall, the first session of the eighth term of the Youth Consultation Council of the Brodnica Municipality took place. The session was attended by the Mayor of Brodnica, Jarosław Radacz, and the Chairman of the City Council, Artur Dombrowski, who in their speeches congratulated the youth on their commitment and encouraged fruitful cooperation for the development of the city.

During the meeting, the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Youth Council were elected, whose task will be to represent the voice of young residents of Brodnica in the current term. Jakub Laskowski (III LO) was elected as Chairman, and Patrycja Podgórska (also from III LO) took the position of Vice-Chairman.

The Youth Council has 27 members. Its two-year term is consultative, initiative, and advisory. The Council's task is to represent the interests of young people in Brodnica, support their civic activity, and promote the idea of self-government among young people.
