Brodnica Municipality Joins the Nationwide Campaign "Childhood Without Violence"

On November 5, 2025, at 3:52 PM, Brodnica Municipality announced its participation in the nationwide campaign "Childhood Without Violence."

Together with the Social Services Center of Brodnica Municipality, the Primary School in Gortatowo with its seat in Szczuka, the Primary School in Gorczenica, and the Primary School in Szabda, the municipality joins this important initiative.

Campaign Goal

The aim of the campaign is to raise public awareness about the problem of violence against children and promote an upbringing model based on love, respect, and understanding. Every child deserves a safe and happy childhood.

Planned Actions

As part of the campaign, Brodnica Municipality plans to implement the following activities:

• Illuminating a building in red: A symbol of opposition to violence.
• Action "Dressed in Red": Residents, students, and institution employees express solidarity with the campaign's idea by dressing in red.
• Conferences, workshops, and educational activities: For children and youth, aimed at shaping attitudes that prevent violence.
• Poster exhibition: Prepared by students, concerning violence prevention and the promotion of positive relationships.

Thanks to the cooperation of schools, institutions, and residents, Brodnica Municipality wants to emphasize the importance of reacting to all forms of harm towards the youngest. Let's not be indifferent – together we can ensure children's safety, love, and protection.
