Women's Congress for Equality: An Opportunity for Non-Governmental Organizations

We invite representatives of non-governmental organizations involved in promoting gender equality to participate in the Women's Congress project. The project is aimed at people working in the areas of education, social inclusion, the labor market and health.

What We Offer?

• Free participation in the project for members, volunteers and associates of organizations (both women and men).
• On-site and online training in various cities (Poznań, Wrocław, Katowice, Łódź, Warsaw, Gdańsk, Krakow, Bydgoszcz, Toruń and others).
• Networking meetings to exchange experiences on topics related to gender equality, the development of non-governmental organizations and the development of social services.
• Mentoring in diversity management (2h/person).

How to Apply?

Recruitment for the project lasts until November 30, 2025 (or until all places are filled).
