Youth in the free aid system: A guide from the Ministry of Justice

The Ministry of Justice has published a new brochure aimed at young people, which aims to explain the functioning of the free legal aid system. This material was created with young people in mind who may need legal support or want to better understand their rights.

Response to the appeal of the Children's Rights Spokesperson

The brochure is a response to the speech by the Children's Rights Spokesperson, Monika Horny-Cieślak. The RPD appealed for the harmonization of practices in providing assistance to people with limited legal capacity, including minors over 13 years of age. The aim is to ensure their independent access to free legal aid.
