Invitation to the XIV Session of Brodnica Municipality Council

We kindly inform the residents of Brodnica Municipality that at the request of the Mayor, the XIV Session of the Brodnica Municipality Council will be held on October 27, 2025 (Monday) at 09:00 AM.

The session will take place in the Brodnica Municipality Office, at 13 Mazurska Street, room 105 (87-300 Brodnica).

Agenda:

1. Opening and quorum check.
2. Presentation of the agenda.
3. Comments on the minutes of the previous session.
4. Adoption of resolutions regarding:
   • adopting the annual program of cooperation of the Brodnica Municipality with non-governmental organizations and entities conducting public benefit activities in 2026.
   • determining the salary of the Mayor of Brodnica Municipality.
   • expressing consent to the conclusion of another lease agreement with the current lessee, the subject of which is real estate in Gorczenica for a fixed period of up to 3 years.
   • establishment and accession of the Brodnica Municipality to the Local Tourist Organization Pojezierze Brodnickie.
   • consideration of a complaint (dated October 1, 2025)
   • consideration of a complaint (dated October 13, 2025)
5. Presentation of the control report No. 1/2025 of the Audit Committee of the Brodnica Municipality Council.
6. Miscellaneous matters, information, announcements.
7. Closing of the proceedings.
