Podkom. Artur Cywiński Triumphs in Provincial Eliminations!

The Provincial Eliminations for the Final of the 5th National Police Duty Officer Tournament took place at the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz. The winner was podkom. Artur Cywiński from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz, who will represent our province at the national level!

Welcoming the Finalists

The Deputy Commander of the Provincial Police in Bydgoszcz, Inspector Jacek Witas, emphasized the key role of duty officers in the efficient operation of the Police and wished all participants success.

Tournament Overview

Nineteen police officers, selected in the first-level eliminations, took part in the competition. The competition began with a knowledge test, and then the five best competed in a simulation of service at a command post. Knowledge, familiarity with procedures, communication handling, and IT systems were assessed.

Final Results

Here is the list of winners:

  • 1st place: podkom. Artur Cywiński (Municipal Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz)
  • 2nd place: kom. Łukasz Jendrzejewski (Municipal Police Headquarters in Włocławek)
  • 3rd place: asp. Paweł Dziennik (District Police Headquarters in Inowrocław)

Podkom. Artur Cywiński will represent the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in the national competition, which will take place on November 19-21, 2025 at the Police School in Katowice.

Award Ceremony

Awards and trophies were presented by the Deputy Commander of the Provincial Police in Bydgoszcz, Inspector Jacek Witas. Congratulations were also offered by representatives of police trade unions, who funded in-kind prizes.
