School in Szczuka broke the first aid record!

On October 17, 2025, the Primary School in Gortatowo, located in Szczuka, participated once again in the "First Aid Record Breaking Action".

The aim of the action

The aim of this event is to popularize knowledge about the principles of providing first aid in the event of sudden cardiac arrest. This action is part of the "European Restart a Heart Day" celebrations and is organized by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation.

As many as 122 people took part in breaking the record at the school in Szczuka! Firefighters from the Szczuka Volunteer Fire Department reminded about the principles of providing first aid, emphasizing the importance of the rescuer's safety. Remember, only a safe rescuer can effectively help!
