The Starost of Brodnica is looking for the Commander of the Social Fishery Guard

In connection with the resignation of the current Commander of the Social Fishery Guard of the Brodnica District as of October 31, 2025, the Starost of Brodnica announces recruitment for this position.

Invitation for Candidates

Those interested in taking up the position of Commander are invited to a meeting after prior arrangement through the Starost's secretariat, by October 28, 2025. When arranging the meeting, please indicate its subject.

Commander's Responsibilities

The Commander's main duties include:

• Establishing work plans and schedules for field groups.
• Assigning tasks to field group commanders and supervising their implementation.
• Controlling the execution of assigned tasks and assessing their correctness.
• Informing the Provincial Commander of the State Fishery Guard about threats.
• Organizing actions to prevent offenses.
• Preparing applications for punishment.
• Cooperating with the State Fishery Guard in the field of training.
• Preparing periodic reports.
• Providing guidelines for field groups.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the Provincial Commander of the State Fishery Guard.
