The Municipal and District Public Library in Brodnica cordially invites you to a unique concert dedicated to the work of Edward Stachura.

About Edward Stachura

Edward Stachura was an outstanding poet, prose writer, songwriter, and translator, often considered one of the cursed poets. His work, full of wandering and life 'on the road', expressed existential anxieties and relationships with people.

His most famous works include: 'Wędrówką życie jest człowieka' (Wandering is a man's life), 'Biała lokomotywa' (White locomotive), 'Za dalą dal' (Beyond the distance), 'Ballada dla Potęgowej' (Ballad for Potęgowa) and 'Życie to nie teatr' (Life is not a theater).
