Intensive Search Underway for Missing 92-year-old Krystyna Jóźwiak!

Brodnica police officers are conducting a large-scale search for the missing 92-year-old Krystyna Jóźwiak, who disappeared in Tomki, Zbiczno commune. The disappearance was reported yesterday, October 9, after the woman did not return home. The last telephone contact with the family took place on October 7. There is a possibility that the missing woman went mushroom picking in the forest.

The search, conducted by the Brodnica police, is supported by officers from the State Fire Service, Volunteer Fire Brigade, the Riot Prevention Unit in Bydgoszcz, and tracking dog teams. Operations are focused on the forest complex around Tomki.

Description of the missing person

• Height: 150 cm
• Weight: approx. 60 kg
• Body build: slim
• Hair: short, gray
• Distinguishing features: thickening on the lower lip on the left side
• Clothing: tight jeans, long-sleeved blouse with green and black spots, gray fleece sweatshirt, galoshes or black rubber clogs.
