Great Fun During Pumpkin Day in Szczuka!

On October 4th, the "Pumpkin Day" took place in the Community Center in Szczuka, organized by the Ladies from the Rural Housewives Association. Under the leadership of Agnieszka Grabkowska, a culinary master, a delicious pumpkin cream soup was prepared.

Culinary Delights

Guests could also enjoy croissants, yeast cake, sausages, and slices of bread with lard and pickled cucumber.

Competitions and Fun

During the event, the "Mam Talent" competition and the competition for the largest pumpkin were held. The winners received well-deserved prizes.

Atmosphere and Community

Despite the cold weather, all participants felt warm thanks to the delicious food, hot tea, and coffee. The atmosphere was heated by communal singing.

Future Plans

The organizers plan to repeat this successful day next year to continue popularizing pumpkins and promoting intergenerational meetings.
