International Internships for Logistics Technicians from CKZiU in Malaga

Students from the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education (CKZiU) in Brodnica, studying to become logistics technicians, have successfully completed three-week international internships in Malaga. These internships were part of the prestigious Erasmus+ program.

Skills and Competency Development

Under the guidance of teacher Krystian Bąkowski, the students worked intensively to improve their industry qualifications. The program included transport planning, warehouse management, and distribution process handling. Furthermore, the internship provided an excellent opportunity to enhance language skills in the context of professional international communication.

Experiences and Benefits

Marzena Janiszewska from CKZiU in Brodnica emphasized that the students developed adaptive and proactive skills in a culturally diverse environment, learned about innovative technologies, and European standards in the TSL sector. The project also enabled the strengthening of social competences through cooperation in intercultural teams. Participants received certificates confirming their educational and professional achievements.

Cultural Aspect

A cultural program was also implemented, which broadened the students' knowledge of Andalusia's heritage and shaped openness to European diversity. The students spent their last moments in Malaga exploring the city's historic alleys.

The project "European Unlimited Opportunities for Vocational Education and Training at CKZiU in Brodnica" (No. 2024-1-PL01-KA122-VET-000228696) was co-financed by the Erasmus+ program, in cooperation with Universal Mobility Malaga. CKZiU in Brodnica continues its strategy of internationalizing vocational education to enable students to acquire skills valued on the European job market.
