Teenage BMW Driver Crashes into Building in City Center!

Accident on Mały Rynek - 19-year-old fined

On Thursday, September 25, 2025, a few minutes after 11:00 PM, a dangerous incident occurred on Mały Rynek street. A 19-year-old driver of a BMW lost control of the car and crashed into the wall of a residential and commercial building.

Initially, the woman explained to the police that the cause of the accident was a cat that ran onto the road. However, thanks to recordings from city surveillance, it turned out that reckless driving was the cause of the incident.

Fortunately, the BMW passengers were not injured. The car, the sidewalk, and the facade of the building were damaged. The police seized the vehicle registration certificate. The young driver was fined PLN 1050 and 10 penalty points for causing a collision and attempting to mislead the police.

The case was solved thanks to city monitoring.
