Workshops dedicated to Anna Wazówna and her passions

The Brama Epok Foundation is implementing the project "Daughters and granddaughters of Polish kings, or great history through the prism of women." As part of this project, on September 24, 2025, workshops entitled "Anna Wazówna and her passions" were held at the Primary School in Gortatowo with its headquarters in Szczuka. The school in Szczuka is a partner of the project.

The workshops presented botany, Anna Wazówna's most important passion, in a modern way. Poppy-chamomile-cornflower paintings made during the classes will be handed over to the participants and will decorate the school rooms.

The organizers would like to thank Mayor Adam Zalewski and the Brodnica Municipality for co-financing the workshops as part of the competition of offers for NGOs. The project is co-financed by the Museum of Polish History in Warsaw as part of the Patriotism of Tomorrow - Great Anniversaries program and by the Brodnica Municipality.
