Young Driver Stopped for Speeding in Brodnica

Traffic police officers in Brodnica stopped an 18-year-old driver who significantly exceeded the speed limit in a built-up area. The incident occurred during an evening check in Brodnica.

Details of the intervention

Last Friday, a traffic patrol conducted speed measurements on Ustronie Street in Brodnica. The driver of an Opel Astra, a resident of the Brodnica district, was stopped for driving at 113 km/h in an area where the speed limit is 50 km/h.

Legal Consequences

The man was fined 2000 PLN and received 14 penalty points. In addition, he lost his driving license for a period of 3 months.
